Items purchased through itsmilladress.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Items that are missing tags or that have been worn or damaged in any way are considered final sale and may not be returned.

Any damaged or worn items returned will not be refunded.

Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. An original package is preferred.

Last Stock Items can not be returned and are non-refundable.

Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Return shipping charges and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns may be requested through the Return Form. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Non authorized returns will not be refunded.

We allow a possibility of one-time exchange or replacement of returnable items. Once the previous order is returned, the new order of the exchange or replacement will be shipped. 

There is an option of getting a refund to store credit after the item is returned. Once the dress is shipped to our warehouse, a digital gift card with a coupon code will be issued to your email address for the cost of the items from your order. The coupon code expires in a year from the moment it was issued.

Item must be received back at Milla within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after that point will not be refunded or credited.

Please allow up to 10 days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

We reserve the right to cancel customer orders if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind or mistakes after placing an order.

Our made-to-order and custom-made gowns are individually made by hand according to the measurements provided and your specific customization request, so please ensure that you review the product description carefully before placing your order. Each gown is handcrafted with great care and quality control and will be checked for defects and faults before delivery. Slight variations of fabric colors and embellishments may occur since every product is handmade and fabric batches may differ.

In the unlikely event that there are issues with your made-to-order, made-to-measure, and custom-made gown, please get in touch with whiteandlace@millanova.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and SMS confirmation to your phone number provided during the checkout.

Our dresses ship with the Delivery At Place method, requiring the recipient's signature. Do not change the delivery method, otherwise, we can not guarantee its arrival. If the customer itself changes the delivery method for Front Door or Backyard, without a signature, we are not responsible for the parcel and its loss.

Any additional shipping costs, duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or holidays.

All duties fees are covered by a client and determined and regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
