Items purchased through itsmilla.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odours, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. An original package is preferred. Items missing tags or worn or damaged in any way will not be refunded.

Customized items are determined by Customization Policy only.
When exchanging a standard dress for a customized one through our return center, please note that there will be an additional $100 fee for customization and you must provide your measurements. Our customer care specialists will reach out to you via email to address any inquiries regarding these exchanges and help facilitate the exchange for customized item.

Please be aware that expenses incurred for shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Furthermore, in the event that a buyer declines to accept a parcel, all costs associated with the automatic return shipping and duties will be the buyer's responsibility.

Returns may be requested through the Return Form - fill in the form carefully, as you will not have the chance to refill it. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Only authorized returns will be refunded.

Item must be received back at Milla within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after that point will not be refunded or credited. Please allow up to 10 days from the moment your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

We allow the possibility of a one-time exchange or replacement of returnable items. Once the previous order is returned, the new exchange or replacement order will be shipped. Exchanged or replaced items could not be returned. We reserve the right to cancel customer orders if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity.

We process return, exchange, and refund requests only on business days. Please note that we don't process any return-related requests on weekends. We'll jump back into action on Monday, ready to tackle all your return queries.
