Delivery Options: 

Express Order: 2 business days processing plus 3-7 business days delivery and costs 19$ - 99$ depending on the shipping address.

Ready to Ship Order: 2 business days processing plus 10-14 business days delivery and is free to all destinations.

Standard Order: 7 business days production plus 10-14 business days delivery for all items and is free to all destinations.

Also, pay attention to the fact that we create every single dress individually and each item is produced in dedication to each order.
Normally, the production period contains up to 7 business days, depending on:

1) quantity of items included in the order;
2) dress complexity and specifics;
3) availability of all the necessary information for production ( size and colour confirmation, customisation details, etc.).

Once your order has arrived at the post office in your country you can expect it to take between 1-3 business days!

Please allow us to take additional 7-10 business days for order processing during sale periods.

Our dresses ship with the Delivery At Place method, requiring the recipient's signature. Do not change the delivery method, otherwise, we can not guarantee its arrival. If the customer itself changes the delivery method for Front Door or Backyard, without a signature, we are not responsible for the parcel and its loss. 


If you need your item(s) sooner please contact our team directly via email at customercare@itsmilladress.com. Any shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not deliver goods to Italy and Colombia, please check the availability of items in Stores.
We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or holidays.

Milla is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

Taxes and Duties

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items you ordered, the destination country, and the value of your purchase. All the local duties are covered by the customer only!

Duty and tax charges are determined by your local customs authorities and based on:
- The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases coming from Ukraine.
-Duties charged for processing by your country.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, that this can take longer during sales.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an automatic message on your phone and email with your tracking information, so you can follow its progress. 

You can also check the status of your delivery using your order number and email by the link Track Order.

Rush Order: 2 weeks production plus 2 weeks delivery and costs 100$.

Standard Order: 8-10 weeks production plus 2 weeks delivery for all items and is free to all destinations for orders over 500$. For orders below 500$, this shipping option costs 49$.

Orders are typically received by customs within 7-14 business days of the ship date.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, SMS confirmation to your phone number provided during the checkout.

Any additional shipping costs and duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover duty and tax by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. 
We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or holidays.

All duties fees are covered by a client and determined regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.

If you wish to cancel your order before locking-in your measurements, the cancellation fee will be applicable. The cancellation fee ($300AUD, £200, $250USD, €200, $300CAD, $320NZD) covers the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production, and pattern preparation associated with your order.
