Customization Policy

Items purchased through itsmilladress.com with the option of customization are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.

Our customized gowns are individually handmade according to your request and the measurements provided, so please ensure that you review the product description carefully before placing your order.

Each gown is handcrafted with great care and quality control and will be checked for defects and faults before delivery. Slight variations of fabric colors and embellishments may occur since every product is handmade and fabric batches may differ.

We allow cancellation of the order on the same day as the order was placed. After that, the cancellation fee will be applicable. The cancellation fee ($300AUD, £200, $250USD, €250, $300CAD, $320NZD) covers the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production, and pattern preparation associated with your order.
So, if you wish to cancel your order, please make sure to send us a cancellation request on the same day as the order was placed.

The shipping crafting period for customized items takes 14 business days for production plus 10-14 business days for delivery.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and SMS confirmation to your phone number provided during the checkout.

Our dresses ship with the Delivery At Place method, requiring the recipient's signature. Do not change the delivery method, otherwise, we can not guarantee its arrival. If the customer itself changes the delivery method for Front Door or Backyard, without a signature, we are not responsible for the parcel and its loss. 

Any additional shipping costs and duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover duty and tax by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. 
We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or holidays.

All duties fees are covered by a client and determined and regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.
