Customization Policy

Our customized gowns are individually handmade according to your request and the measurements provided, so please ensure that you review the product description carefully before placing your order.
Each gown is handcrafted with great care and quality control and will be checked for defects and faults before delivery. Slight variations of fabric colors and embellishments may occur since every product is handmade, and fabric batches may differ.
We offer size customization and a certain shipping crafting period - 12 business days for production + 10-14 business days for delivery.
Because our clothing is made-to-measure and labor-intensive, we have a strict no-refund policy on customized gowns. A dress that does not fit properly but fits your ordered specifications can not be returned or exchanged.
When exchanging a standard dress for a customized one through our return center, please note that there will be an additional $100 fee for customization and you must provide your measurements. Our customer care specialists will reach out to you via email to address any inquiries regarding these exchanges and help facilitate the exchange for customized item.
