Normally, the production period contain 3-5 business days, depending on:
1) quantity of items included to the order;
2) dress complexity and specifics;
3) availability of all the necessary information for production ( size and colour confirmation, customisation details, etc.).
Once your order has arrived to the DHL office in your country you can expect it to take between 1-3 business days!
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. Please, pay attention that return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags must be in original condition.
All sales and customized items are non-refundable.

1. Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged with all the paper tags, in original conditions, and a 14-day period after delivery has not expired.

3. Pack your order in the original Milla package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice. Please take note that the shipping costs of the return are on the customer's side to be paid for. (Express Shipping costs are non-refundable*)
4. Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster.
5. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return. We’ll be emailing you as soon as we receive the returned items and refund or exchange your items.
