LAST STOCK ITEMS REFUND&RETURN PROCESS

ALL THE LAST STOCK ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR 1-TIME EXCHANGE


1. Last stock items can be ONLY EXCHANGED to other last stock item.

2. To make an exchange - please submit a refund and make new order for the other dress from last stock collection.

3. Return delivery costs are COVERED BY BUYER

4. Dress has to fulfil following terms:

-include all the fabric labels & paper tags
-has no smell 
-no stretches, dirties, or damaged elements
-zipper has to be fixed and appropriately working
-original packaging preferred

5. Return & exchange request has to be submitted in 14 days period after receiving your first order!


REGULAR ITEM RETURN PROCESS

1. Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged with all the paper tags, in original conditions, and a 14-day period after delivery has not expired.

2. Get in touch with our Customer Care team at customercare@itsmilladress.com to get confirmation and assistance from our customer support managers and get all the instructions.

3.  Pack your order in the original Milla package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice. Please take note that the shipping costs of the return are on the customer's side to be paid for. (Shipping costs for delivering the order are non-refundable*)


4. Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster.

5. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return. We’ll be emailing you as soon as we receive the returned items and refund or exchange your items.
